Shipping Policy 

At Aila Swim, we want your new pieces to arrive quickly, safely and beautifully packaged. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly — but we’ll always work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers.

Standard Shipping

  • $12 flat rate 

  • Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days

Express Shipping

  • $15 flat rate (or free for orders over $250)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the AUSPOST and may vary due to public holidays, peak periods, or unforeseen delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Aila Swim is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage fees may apply to resend the parcel.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@ailaswim.com and we’ll work with the courier to investigate.
Aila Swim is not responsible for parcels once they are safely delivered by the carrier.


Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together unless otherwise specified.
